Summary
    The goal of my paper is to present the communication solutions made possible by computers and cellular phones, in particular for small business. The paper has been divided into three chapters.
    The first chapter deals with access to the Internet and discusses operators of various cell phone networks available in Poland.
    The second chapter lists particular Internet services available through a computer and those available over the cell phone. It also mentions and describes Internet services accessible equally for both devices.
    The examples of practical usage of various tools and services have been presented in the third chapter. It also covers the characteristic of a small business, focusing on its communication needs.
