The dynamic technological changes of the 20th century
forced manufactures to cooperate with each other in order to improve
the competitiveness of their products regarding both the price and
quality. As a result, companies have developed themselves in the
direction of outsourcing and globalizing virtual companies.
The work presents the transformations which the academic system of
education is undergoing due to the influence of changes in the
structures of an organization. The first chapter discusses the notions
of outsourcing, virtuality and the new forms of an enterprise using
these phenomena.
The second chapter illustrates the changes which have been made in the
national academic system of education caused by virtualizing the
organization (of enterprises). In this part the education methods and
forms used by academies in order to equal the requirements of
contemporary virtual enterprises will be described.
The third chapter presents the education policy of virtual enterprises
where employers have to manage with constantly changing demands and
more and more new tasks. They are forced to increase continually their
level of competence.
The more and more 'chaotic' world of virtual business makes all the
participants of the economic processes to improve constantly their
competence.
In this chapter the concepts of organizations learning continually and
the motivation of employers will be described in a particular way.
