Abstract
The paper
„Using telecentres for teleworking” is a result of my interests in modern
employment form and subjects of specialization my study.
My master’s
thesis is divided into four chapters. In the introduction I included the aim,
analysis of materials, I also explained what was the reason of interest in this
area.
Second part
involves definition, and main aspects of teleworking as advantages and
disadvantages. This part is important for good understanding of the next
chapters presented below.
Main part
of my thesis is third one, which described telecentres. Based on available
materials of subject were described cases of telecentres in the world and was
made a study analysis of experiences in field of using telecentres for
teleworking.
Results of
this analysis brings us information about aims and needs for establishing
telecentres for teleworking, which are useful for consideration for development
of opportunities for telework in reality and needs of Polish community.
Described
cases of telecentres gives us an image of various forms of telecentres, what
helps us to choose the proper configuration for Polish case.
This thesis
consider telecentre as interesting solution for systems of teleworking, for
both employer and employee in information community.
